To ensure your visit runs smoothly, all required intake and consent forms for your scheduled service(s) will be provided after booking. These forms must be completed before your appointment. Failure to submit the required forms may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to get settled before your service begins.
Appointments requested outside of regular business hours are available by approval only and are subject to a $50 convenience fee in addition to the service price.
To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, only clients receiving services are permitted in the treatment room. Because our studio is located inside SOMA Fitness, childcare may be available through the SOMA Kids Club during your appointment. We recommend contacting SOMA Fitness directly for current availability, hours, pricing, and enrollment requirements. Children are not permitted inside the studio and must remain in the Kids Club for the duration of the appointment.
