Cancellations
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, including same-day cancellations, are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows
Missed appointments without notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
Late arrivals
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling. When possible, the service may be shortened and the full service price will still apply.
Payment
Cash and card payments are accepted. Card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. A valid card on file may be required.
Children & guests
To preserve a calm, focused studio experience, please arrive without additional guests unless discussed in advance. SOMA Fitness Kids Club may be available separately through SOMA Fitness.
